Our Home

Have I ever taken you on a tour of our home? I've looked through the archives and not found one so here it is.
I couldn't get them on here in the order I wanted so I'll just tell you what you're seeing.
The first two are of our guest bedroom. Then you have 2 shots of our front door. On one you can see the stair way to the basement where the laundry is. No shots of the laundry. If you've seen one laundry, you've seen them all. After that is one of Alan and Alaina in Guatemala, It's not of our home but she is and it's such a cute shot I couldn't not put it in. Then there is one of our living room. You can see the desk where I blog. Then there are 2 shots of the playground and next is a shot of our building. We are the stairwell closest to you and if you look hard you can see my silver Golf the furthest car away. Then there is another one of the guest bedroom and 3 of the kitchen. Then there are two more of the living room, one is shot from the dining area. Our boy Smokey is next and then 3 pics of the master bedroom. We have such nice closet space. 2 rather boring shots of the bathroom one also shows the inner hallway, one of the dining room and one of the front hallway finish the lot. There. Now you know where I live.

Man...the Army hooked you guys up! You have a nice modernized home.
See here in Darmstadt, they renovated almost all the building, except ours. So my kitchen has nice 1970's orange cabinets, orange tiles and an itty bitty German stove.
Then our bathroom is a nice 1970's blue floor and blue tile.

They did actually replace all of our closests and floors and modernized them, but I think they ran out of money after that...LOL.

My friend who lives in a 4 bedroom a few buildings away has a lovely kitchen and bathroom like yours, a washer, dryer, dishwasher in their apartment, new floors and tiles, it doesn't even look anything like my place...lol.

I will have to do pictures of my castle soon. :)

Thank you for a lovely tour of your home!

Love the kitty by the way!

God Bless,
Dawn

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! This was FUN, girl! Almost like coming over for a visit. In fact, I would LOVE a cup of that coffee you've got going...I take cream, thank you!

Got a question, though. Saw a fan in your bedroom. Are you one of those people, like me, who have to have a fan on at night to sleep? I turn mine to the wall in the winter or I would freeze, but I still have to have it. Just wondered!

I love your house! Nice quarters! Are those new? It is so homey! Thanks so much for the tour!

Janie your coffee is ready and waiting any time! I do have to have some white noise. I also need it cool to sleep which is hard on hubby as he needs it warm. lol We have an electric mattress pad with dual controls for hubby's heat and I have fan for my cool in the summer. In the winter I just crack the window. DH has a c-pap machine so that gives me the white noise I need for sleeping. lol Good to know I'm not the only one!

Wow, how familiar your house looks to me. Actually that's because we're in Croatia, just south of you guys.
I found you through Connies blog and I'm looking forward to reading more.
